Key goals: compatibility with Window-Eyes 5.5 and JAWS 7.0 screen readers, section 508 compliance under Windows 98 and up.

- bug 312788: Go to the page www.bbc.co.uk/fivelive/ and select the "Listen Live" link. With Window-Eyes and firefox running, Firefox crashes after a second or two.

- bug 311460: combo boxes regressed in 9/22 build -- when you arrow down in them it keeps saying 1 of 1. Cause of regression: bug 309329, addition of AreAncestorViewsVisible() condition for creating accessibles- bug 310377: ISimpleDOMText not working in tabs. Also regressed via bug 309329
- bug 311430: no reorder events being fired for loads on frames/iframes

- bug 301776: the 2px border is not pleasing to too many people
- bug 310350: no menu events for right click menus. Also fixes asymmetrical menu events in location bar.
